Decide to Share.

Starting your day with positive, encouraging, harmonious thoughts is essential.  Too many times individuals start days doing the opposite.  How easy it is to tell ourselves negative, discouraging things but make the decision to change; improve your health and wellness.
I took Elizabeth to the program for babies to 3 year olds. (Very different stages but so fun to see them interact!)  She sits there looking at the person leading the fun and the children around her, shaking the egg shakers.  Her face is observant, joyful, blissful.  There's nothing that can ruin her time, not even teething.  She lets the good, positive emotions overwhelm negative, harmful feelings.  We're there for 30 minutes, she never lets go of the shakers and does get upset when I have to return them to the basket, but I can easily distract her.  There's not really time to talk with other mothers, it's really focused on the kids which is great but I think it would be nice to meet other moms.  Afterwards, she falls asleep with no trouble at all once we get home, hugging her stuffed dog.  I make lunch for my husband and I, and it was so good! From our couch, the patio doors are in front of us, and I love to leave the blinds open.  The clouds look beautiful, everywhere... but it didn't occur to me how dark they were becoming. Eventually the rain pours down with dime-sized hail and really, it was so admirable to watch. (I remembered my husband left his windows open so outside I went to roll them up. Somewhat far from me were two policemen on their motorcycles under a car port.) Rain is enjoyable; I love it when it rains at night and I wake up to the raindrops hitting the window.  I always smile and go back to sleep easily. Elizabeth is up by this time and stares in awe on the patio.  It's not raining in towards us, so we don't get wet. This is her first time to really see rain and be able to sit and watch it fall. Plans for going out are postponed since the roads were pretty flooded.  With a car like mine, it's better to stay in doors!  My evening plans are still a go though so I'm excited!  (Didn't rain long enough to prevent me from going!) It's a fit group meetup where we workout and talk!  I get to try a little of almost all of  Beachbody programs, which I love Insanity.  Fitness (and nutrition) are important, too many people don't even meet the minimum suggested time of 30 minutes of moderate activity. I don't usually exercise with a group, but it was really fun! I'm also not very coordinated so I look silly in parts of the moves! Dancing? Forget it. I do the simplest that I can. Or avoid it completely. I just started this week, the group meets only twice a week.  I completely believe to achieve physical health, we also must take care of what we put on ourselves, around ourselves, and in ourselves. Achieve total wellness. (If you think that's hard, then work on changing the way you think. "According to your faith, it is done unto you". Thinking negatively will only get you stuck within more negativity.)  I came across an article today over the connection of cancer and toxins http://miniurls.it/toxinsandcancer if you're interested. To be healthy and get an illness, like cancer, because of, say, the Aveeno, Eurcerin, Johnsons and Johnsons or majority of off-the-shelve lotions is... possible. Actually, CNN did a great special on toxins in America: http://miniurls.it/toxincnnspecial.  (Some people will care to know, and I have met people who say "but nothing has happened to me" or "ehhh everything's bad.") I care, and I make it my business to share what I learn. Today has been a blessing, now to rest and let tomorrow take care of itself.
